AIR SERVICES

Our air cargo transportation services comprise express freight services, chartering of aircraft under which customers obtain aircraft, crew, maintenance, insurance, fuel and other operating services and leasing. Our principal customers are multinational cargo integrators such as DHL International Limited (“DHL”), freight forwarders, courier companies and commercial airlines. The growing practice of just in time principles has also been a main driver.

Via our Parent Company we have established our offices in most of the countries that we fly to and these offices form the key hubs for our operation as well as marketing activities. Safety and Security
A commitment to safety and security is of paramount important in our business. Robust risk and safety control systems have helped us to maintain our profitable track records. We operate in accordance with international aviation standards and practices. These include standards set by authorities such as the Indonesian & Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation, United States’ Department of Transport, United States’ Federal Aviation Authority and The Transportation Security Administration. We monitor and regularly perform checks and inspections to ensure compliance of rules and regulations. Briefings are held on safety matters as well as Emergency Response Plan, and Safety trainings are held to ensure preparedness of staff.

Moving forward, our business is driven by our vision “Providing international PREMIUM air express services”. We aim to be an international PREMIUM air express services provider through strategic alliances with major express courier operators. We have successfully launched our Regional & Domestic Operations, meeting increasing demand in the region particularly China and Japan. We intend to build and maintain an extensive network of destinations to better serve our customers.
